SUMMARY:Feet Fetish - Rope Bowl
DESCRIPTION:Learn how to use cotton or cotton blend clothesline to make platters\, purses or baskets! We’ll start with a coaster and move on to a large basket! Those who have embroidery machines will design the bottom with embroidery and those with regular machines will do applique. \nSupply List: \n-1/4″ x 200ft (0.6cm x 60.8m) of multi purpose 100% cotton sash cord or rope. Clothesline works well and can be found in different widths and yardage. \n-Scotch tape- small piece \n-1/2 to 1 meter or yard of fabric cut into 1″ bias fabric strips- this is to decorate the rope \n-tape measure- soft one is better \n– lots of thread and bobbins with the color of choice. I use all purpose thread \n-sewing pins- just 2-3 to get started \n-sewing machine \n-Denim or Microtex  sz. 14 or 16 sewing needles. \n-scissors \n -clips  \n– Extension table to keep things flat as you sew. \n– quilting gloves help feed the rope.  \nOptional: wooden beads with a large hole \n
