SUMMARY:Advanced Sewing Techniques-Part 3 Decorative Trims\, Applique\, & Fonts
DESCRIPTION:In this class\, you will learn about Decorative Trims and Applique Techniques.  Feet you can use are the yarn foot\, the 3 hole cord and join and fold foot\, the beading foot\, the ribbon foot\, and the open-toe applique foot. You’ll learn what special stitches work best with the different techniques. We’ll also go thru how to combine fonts from your machine to create a label. \nThere is a $10 kit fee for this class. Please bring your machine in good working order\, all pressure feet you have\, a bobbin with white bobbin thread in bobbin\,(top thread will be provided)\, small scissors for threads and a new Universal needle in machine. \nThe Free guide classes are a favorite and a decades long customer perk for those who purchase machines at McDougal Sewing.\nWe are getting a substantial increase in people cancelling at the last minute or not coming at all after signing up for the free guide classes.  Therefore\, McDougal Sewing will have to start requiring a deposit if someone re-schedules 24 hours or less before the class date. The first time you sign up for the free guide class there is no deposit. If you do not show or cancel 24 hours or less before the class\, we will  require a $25 deposit to sign up again for a future  guide class. When you come to the rescheduled class\, you can redeem your $25 deposit as a store credit.\n\n  \n
