DESCRIPTION:Let’s create some Endless lace to put in clothing or home dec! In this class placement is everything! You’ll learn how to connect designs in one VERY long row\, how to choose lace designs for your projects and what stabilizer\, threads and needles work the best. \nEndless Lace Class Supply list \n1. Any long thin rectangle hoop that you have that’s taller than it is wider. Ex.- 360X260\, 240×150 \n2. We’ll be talking about some good endless lace designs\, but \nbring a few that you think will make good endless lace. Border designs are a good start. \n3. You’ll need at least 1 spool of rayon only thread for the top and the bobbin. We’ll talk more about this in class. \n4. One roll of Aqua Magic stabilizer. \n5. DESCRIPTION:Free to qualified Sergers purchased at McDougal Sewing\nLet’s learn how to use some of the many stitches our sergers do and how the optional pressure feet help our creativity. Techniques shown will be how to do flat locking\, piping\, and bead insertion and zipper insertion. \nThis is a hands-on intermediate class. You must know how to thread your serger and feel comfortable using it. \n\nSupply List: Bring your serger\, in good working order and all attachments that came with it. Have your serger threaded with 4 spools of white/cream thread\, 2 new needles and a small pair of scissors. This proof of purchase can be a hard copy or an email or a copy on your phone and can be from a website or retail store. It MUST be a purchase within 9 months prior to class date.
