Part 1 of 2
Description:
Sized just right for children or as a ‘purse’ for an adult. You will trace your pattern, cut and assemble this bag in 2 class sessions. The zippered bag is lined and may be finished according to your skill level. The bag in the sample has matching bias binding, which would be appropriate for a more experienced sewer. Any heavier weight fabric is suitable for this project such as canvas, denim, home decor and synthetic leathers and suedes. The sample is made from vintage SuedeMark fabric. If you choose leather-like fabric you will need the appropriate needle and feet for your project. A pre-cut kit is available in blue Denim with coordinating lining fabric upon request. Kit or pattern fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of the class.
