FreeFree to qualified Sergers purchased at McDougal Sewing
Let’s learn how to use some of the many stitches our sergers do and how the optional pressure feet help our creativity. Techniques shown will be how to do flat locking, piping, and bead insertion and zipper insertion.
This is a hands-on intermediate class. You must know how to thread your serger and feel comfortable using it.
Supply List: Bring your serger, in good working order and all attachments that came with it. Have your serger threaded with 4 spools of white/cream thread, 2 new needles and a small pair of scissors. If you have the bead foot, the piping foot and a blind hem foot please bring them for this class.
Fabric and specialty tools may be provided. Some attachments will be shared during class when needed. $10 kit fee, cash only, due day of class.
One person per Serger, if you need a translator, please contact Rebecca @ [email protected].
