Sew… You have a new Machine!

Congratulations on the purchase of your new machine. We are honored that you have placed your confidence in McDougal Sewing Centers as your home for creativity. To make the most of your new machine, it is highly encouraged that you attend our “quick start” programs designed to help you get acquainted with your machine. Each session has been developed to gain familiarity with the basic features/functions of your new machine, to get you creating quickly. These sessions are our gift to you with the purchase of a new machine from McDougal Sewing Center.

Join talented Education Team members for a “get acquainted” new machine mixer. The goal of this two-part session is to provide you with the information and knowledge needed to get the most from your new machine.

We will cover machine navigation (where is that stitch!), TNT (threading, needles, tension adjustment), and equip you to use your machine with confidence. 

This class is open to customers who purchased a qualifying sewing, embroidery, and/or combo machine from any McDougal’s location.

You must present a sales receipt to take this free class.

The Free guide classes are a favorite and a decades long customer perk for those who purchase machines at McDougal Sewing.

We are getting a substantial increase in people cancelling at the last minute or not coming at all after signing up for the free guide classes.  Therefore, McDougal Sewing will have to start requiring a deposit if someone re-schedules 24 hours or less before the class date. The first time you sign up for the free guide class there is no deposit. If you do not show or cancel 24 hours or less before the class, we will  require a $25 deposit to sign up again for a future  guide class. When you come to the rescheduled class, you can redeem your $25 deposit as a store credit.
