Age: Attendee must be 16 or older
Cost – $40 includes pre-cut kit (please note, pre-cut kit is for a 24″ cape)
A COSTUME NOVICE
No experience whatsoever is needed. Unable to thread machine, wind bobbin, or operate the machine. Novice sewing is an abbreviated class that teaches only the most basic skills.
Sewing supplies needed: Sewing machine, foot controller and cord, all accessories you have with the machine, instruction manual.
You’ll need basic sewing supplies, please see the list below and a pair of scissors. Kits will be pre-cut and include fabric and the use of threads we have in the store. Interfacing and batting are also included in the kit fee.

1. Straight pins and pin cushion
2. Seam ripper
3. Measuring tape
4. Fabric chalk/pencil or Mark-B-Gone pen
5. Seam Gauge with slide marker
6. Sewing box
