Novice Sewing (N)
For the absolute novice who just wants to learn how to use their sewing machine. You will learn to thread your machine, wind a bobbin, and sew a straight line. I’ll show you the basic tools used in sewing and we will complete a small project.
Free project kit available from instructor.

(I) Intermediate. Everything a beginner knows plus familiar with patterns. The intermediate sewer will be able to come to class with the pattern and fabric precut and marked.
(A) Advanced. You can pretty much do anything with your machine. Confident in your ability to tackle any project.

If you think you already know about the skills in the prerequisite class, then you have equivalent experience. Be aware that you will be expected to know those skills, as they will not be taught in the class.
